John Groves hand collected this bark painting while visiting Yirrkala in Northeastern Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory of Australia. Bark paintings are made from eucalyptus tree bark which the subject matter is painted on. This one features a goanna lizard and 2 snakes on either side. Beautiful sample of affordable art from this region of Australia.
